These terms cover TiviPro, TiviPro+ and the related TiviPro services. TiviPro is software for playing and organizing media sources that you configure. Buying TiviPro+ pays for app capabilities; it does not buy channels, a provider subscription or permission to use any media.
Your sources and responsibilities
Add and use only sources you are entitled to access. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed for your viewing and for complying with applicable law and your provider's terms, including limits on devices, simultaneous streams and use of catch-up. Do not use TiviPro to infringe copyright, bypass access restrictions or distribute unauthorized media.
A playlist appearing in TiviPro does not establish that its content is licensed or endorsed by TiviPro. Your provider controls its channels, programme information, availability, quality and archive window. TiviPro cannot supply missing channels or extend a provider's catch-up rights. Keep your provider credentials secure. Do not disrupt TiviPro's services or attempt to evade membership checks or usage limits.
App license
For the App Store version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement supplies the software license unless a different applicable license is provided with the app. It addresses permitted use, termination, warranties, liability and other license conditions. These product terms describe TiviPro's features and services and do not replace that license. Third-party software remains subject to its own license notices in the app.

TiviPro+ purchases, renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly TiviPro+ plans unlock the same membership features. Review the current feature list, localized price and billing period shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation. A yearly plan charges the displayed annual amount for the year. Purchases are billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before renewal.
A free trial may be offered to an Apple Account that has not used an introductory offer for TiviPro+ before; Apple decides eligibility, and the offer is available once per Apple Account. The trial length and the price charged after it are shown in the app and in Apple's purchase confirmation before you agree. When the trial ends, the chosen plan's price is charged and the subscription renews automatically unless renewal is cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Use your Apple Account's subscription settings to manage or cancel renewal. Deleting TiviPro does not cancel a subscription. Following cancellation, access normally continues until the paid period ends; Apple's current entitlement status determines access, including changes caused by a refund or revocation. Restore Purchases checks purchases associated with the Apple Account that bought the subscription. Restoring does not create a new purchase.

For a purchase billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple's process. Eligibility depends on Apple's rules and applicable law; a refund is not guaranteed. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Apple's refund instructions are at https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223
Membership changes
When TiviPro+ access ends, saved playlists, favourites, organization, preferences and progress are retained by the app. Free viewing supports one active saved playlist, and you can select which saved playlist to use without deleting the others. A membership change does not itself stop an existing media session. Features requiring an active membership become unavailable when their access is checked.
AI and online services
AI categorization and assistant features require a network connection, service availability and available membership allowances. Allowances are shared across devices and are not a promise of unlimited use. Suggestions and results can be incomplete or wrong. Check them before relying on them; manual organization remains available.
Requests are processed by TiviPro's service, OpenRouter and model-serving providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information. Acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for any separate permission required before sharing personal data with third-party AI.
Sync and experimental features
iCloud Sync is optional and requires a compatible Apple Account and Apple's services. Enabling it shares supported settings, viewing information and provider credentials between participating devices, as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your Apple Account secure and consider the devices that can access it.
Commercial muting is an optional, experimental Apple TV feature for supported sports signals. It may miss a break or mute programme audio. It does not remove advertisements. You can restore audio manually or turn the feature off. Provider services, Apple services and AI services can experience interruptions; feature availability can depend on the device, app version and source.
